Grew up as good as it gets

Innocent bliss

They told me monsters don′t really exist

Turns out they were lying

They're just good at hiding

It kind of feels like I′ve lived

Way past twenty-six

And at the same time it's like I'm still a kid

But that′s just surviving

And I think I′m finally

Making some peace with my past

Pain that I had

Seeing the beauty in all of the bad
